Main Street CoWorking Flo - Terms and Conditions
1. **Membership Fees and Access:**
– Each member pays a flat monthly fee for access to “Flo” throughout the office space.
– Members receive discounts when renting the classroom, huddle room, or Podcast studio.
2. **Guest Policy:**
– Members may bring guests who are required to obtain a $25 day pass.
– All members and guests must sign in at the front desk and sign out at the end of the day.
3. **Operating Hours and Security:**
– All members and guests must vacate the premises by 7 pm EST.
– The security system will auto-set at 7:15 pm.
– Members will be assigned an entry card or fob for access during business hours (9 am – 6 pm).
4. **Rules and Regulations:**
– Doors must remain open unless the space has been booked at the current rate.
– Visitors accompanying a member for interviews or business meetings are free for up to 2 hours. Beyond that, a day pass must be purchased.
– Photo shoots, video shoots, and social media content creation must be preapproved by management.
5. **Modifications and Termination:**
– Management reserves the right to change this document at any time without prior notice.
– Members not complying with the terms, conditions, and rules may be terminated at any time.
By using the facilities at Main Street CoWorking Flo, you agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
