Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Main Street CoWorking Flo (“MSCF”) and the (“Member”) on a month-to-month per person basis, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
1. Monthly Fee: The monthly fee for membership is $197 per person, payable on a recurring basis.
2. Membership Termination: Members may cancel their membership at any time by logging into the app. No refunds will be issued for individuals who fail to terminate their membership by their bill cycle date.
3. Facility Access: All members will have access to the entire facility, excluding the Podcast Studio. The Podcast Studio will be available for rental by the hour at a member discounted rate. Classroom can NOT be used for teaching or gatherings UNLESS it is booked.
4. Room Blocks: Main Street CoWorking Flo members must consider set-up and break-down time for room blocks.
5. Check-in: Members must check-in at the reception desk before entering any work space and check-out before leaving for the day. Members are responsible for ensuring the doors are locked upon entry and exit.
6. Member Hours: Main Street CoWorking Flo member hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. (schedule is subject to change by MSCF and observed holidays) Weekend and evening hours are available upon approval at regular rates. (Member discounts don’t apply)

8. Visitor Passes: Complimentary visitor passes are available for individuals who are CoFlo member client(s), interviewee(s), classroom attendee(s) or podcasts attendee(s). All other guests must register at the desk or purchase a Day Pass at the rate of $25.
9. Member Responsibilities: Members must be courteous and respectful of other members. No documents may be stored or left on the premises; any items left will be at the member’s discretion and may be discarded. Food items left overnight in the refrigerator will be discarded at the member’s expense.
10. Security and Parking: Main Street CoWorking Flo is monitored 24/7 by a security system. Parking is available on the street and at the public parking garage behind the building at your own risk.
Note that parking at Main Street CoWorking Flo is at the member’s discretion, and there is no designated parking.
By becoming a Member, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.
